3 positive hpt? any chance i am not preg?

They all came positive. Period is 5 days late. Breasts are very sore and swollen. Feeling exhausted all day. Bloated. Light cramps like my period is coming. I also got a very bad flu, throatache coughing nonstop. I was planning on going to the hospital or something, but what are the chances I am not? Is it worth it to spend money on a clinic?
