Do i have an std, help?

okay, so last night night i got drunk and had sex with this guy. we didnt use a condom. hes a very popular guy and i know hes been with tons of girls, so that makes his chances of having an std pretty high. this morning i woke up with a rash on my face and throat was kinda sore. i looked up online and those were so symptoms of stds. does it sound like i have some sort of disease? also im under 18, if i go to a clinic to get tested do i have to have a parent with me?
