My mri report showed mucoid degeneration of the acl?

i have no insurance and went to a clinic where a orthopedic doctor was volunteering his time and gave me a cortisone shot its week 2 after my shot and i am still in alot of pain. my family doctor had me on lortab for pain but i havent spoke to him about this as of yet what should i say cause he had me on those for short term only but that is the only thing that seems to help ease this pain.
