Where should a sports medicine physician work?

I want to be a sports medicine doctor and I want to know which should I work for? Should I be a doctor for a team, or a hospital, or a clinic? Which one pays better? I probably won't want to do a team because I don't want to travel too often, but someone please help me out. I'm only 15 right now, but I'm planning ahead.
