You can get a pregnancy test at the dollar store and then use a public restroom to take the test. You can also go to planned parenthood and get a test. You are 16 and do not have to have your parents permission. The local health department also does pregnancy test and do not require parents to know. You obviously got away from your parents long enough to have sex and get pregnant so I wouldn't think they know exactly where you are all the time....
