Bible Contradictions. Are they to be denied (ignored) or compared as if comparing Law (Death) vs Grace (Life)?

First of all there is an old and new testament. Those who believe in the Bible, either follow the first (jewish) or second(christian). Since, they are different beliefs, it is not problematical that there is conflict. Second, some Bible versus are written from the viewpoint of a specific character. Job might have said something negative about God when he was suffering, but that was in response to a quite drastic situation.
