I need help before I go to clinic, am I pregnant?

My period is 4 days late. I get cramps like it's coming but nothing. Also, I keep thinking it's coming and it's just clear discharge, a lot of it (sorry for being disturbing) I took three hpt and they all came positive. Me and my husband had unprotected sex around time of ovulation or so. I'm going to the clinic later, but I want to know. What do you think? Is there any change I'm not pregnant? I'm kinda worried here. I feel lost and tired.
