Is that true christian protestants accept the divorce even when the Bible is against that?

The pharisees went to Jesus because there was a debate about Deut. 24:1-4 in this context it is clear that divorce is allowed if the marriage was based on a fraud. There is nothing in the Bible that would prohibit divorcing a spouse that is not keeping their part of the marriage agreement.
