What do you do when your friend has HIV?!?

My pen pal who is 16 now has HIV and he and his girlfriend had sex many times and now shes contracted HIV as well! He begged me for help I told him go to your doctor but he lives in Honduras, his mother is dead and his dad is an acholic and drug user and he abuses him sometimes and I told him to go to a free clinic but it's far away what should I do and or tell him?
