Can a walk in clinic increase?

My dose of zoloft? I just turned 18 and my psychiatrist is going to change and ive run out of pills and i have to wait a couple months before i get an appointment with the new psychiatrist. Ive been on zoloft 150 mg for a while now and im running out of pills. I still feel anxious, will the walk in just give me more 150 mg of zoloft or up the dose
